Tom Foege is Managing Partner of Merid Consulting, and is a Certified Customer Experience Professional. He has been a Customer Experience consultant for over 15 years, improving experiences for Capital One, Facebook, Microsoft, Premera, AT&T, F5, Concur and Russell Investments. He holds an MBA from Seattle Pacific University and is a former adjunct professor there in the School of Business, Government and Economics.
