The 2025 RISE Up Construction Leadership Program, in partnership with ANEW, is designed to advance underrepresented individuals in the construction industry by equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to lead.
Based on valuable insights from industry leaders, this program offers a thoughtfully developed series of courses focused on inclusive leadership, decision-making, and career development—critical areas for success in construction leadership.
In addition to leadership training, participants will have the opportunity to earn professional certifications tailored to their career paths, including:

✔ Bluebeam
✔ Project Management

The 2025 cohort will include 15 to 20 participants, and we are seeking nominations and referrals for emerging leaders who would benefit from this transformative experience.
