I am who I want to be! 

I am the founder/ director of Eagles Nest Community Kitchen, we are committed to fight food insecurity in the city of Kent Washington. I am so glad that we were able to create a mobile pantry during the pandemic, to make sure that our BIPOC families that live in urban, and rural areas have same access to nutritionally valued food, with the help of our local community food banks. It truly is an honor to be part of the Chamber of Commerce of Kent Washington.

Jeff Thungc, a first-generation refugee from the CIA Secret War in Laos, discovered his passion for social services during his US resettlement. For over a decade, he dedicated himself to helping low-income families and at-risk youth find employment and career advancement. Jeff and his wife later entered the food industry to provide job opportunities for at-risk youth while noticing a wider need among small business owners. This led him to pursue web development education, gaining experience in digital media, website development, and digital learning over 14 years in a school district. With the rise in demand for digital solutions during the pandemic, Jeff founded JLT Web Solutions, empowering over 100 businesses to enhance their online presence.

I am a nonprofit consultant helping new nonprofits get started and complete State and IRS legal documents for tax exempt status and small existing nonprofits to operate better with strategic planning, board development and education, and meet nonprofit compliance requirements.

Mr. Ainsworth M. A. Jackson services as the President and Co-Founder of the Piece of Mind Foundation, a non-profit organization, focusing on addressing the impacts of shrinking budgets within the public education system.
His career includes assignments as a Quality Assurance Coordinator, Department of Health and Human Services, Head Start Division, Orlando, Florida; Logistics Management Specialist, Special Operations Command Europe, Stuttgart, Germany; Supervisory, Logistics Management Specialist, Camp Zama, Japan; Deputy Director, Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization, and Security; Supervisory, Strategic Planning Specialist, Plans, Analysis, and Integration Office; Chief Executive Officer, Demigod LLC, Gainesville, Florida; and Supervisory General Supply Specialist, Pueblo Chemical Depot, Pueblo, Colorado; Deputy to the Garrison Commander, Parks Reserve Forces Training Area, Dublin, California.
