Have you ever wondered, “Is it appropriate to ask this question during an interview?” or “The conversation went too personal during the interview, what should I do?” We will help answer these questions and many more. This training introduces hiring managers to some recruiting best-practices, legal side of recruiting, how to identify the right talent, and how to steer away from potential troublesome interview questions. We will also discuss tools to help employers with onboarding like offer letters, employee handbooks, and more.

Jason Jocson, MA, PHR, He has supported the growth of companies from start-ups, SMBs, and large global companies through HR programs. I started my career in Silicon Valley and have been in HR for the past 12 years. I moved to Greater Seattle area in 2014.
