Lawrence Coleman is the WMBE Program Manager at the Port of Seattle, responsible for managing procurement and contracting initiatives focused on the inclusion of women and minority businesses in port contracts. With a wealth of expertise in government contracting and business development, he has passionately dedicated the last 11 years to supporting small and diverse individuals in their pursuit of government business opportunities. His successful management of legislative, communication, compliance, and supplier diversity programs for various agencies has earned him a reputation as a trusted professional in the government contracting space.
