Description
The Finance Committee provides fiscal oversight for the Kent Chamber of Commerce. Each month, members review financial statements, track budget-to-actuals, discuss cash flow, sponsorship revenue, grants, and reserves, and make recommendations to the Board. These meetings support transparent, responsible financial management aligned with Chamber priorities.
