Grounded in reality of a 2019 wrap up\, look at what you want to accomplish in 2020. \n\nIdentify the goals\, the needed work areas and action plans\, and develop an approach to achieve.  Who will do what?  Budget?  Timeline?  Accountability\, support\, decision making\, tracking\, staffing\, funding. \n\nWhether you are targeting modest or stretch goals\, ground it back in actions and accountability to get the outcomes you are really committed to.
