Held in a variety of businesses throughout the Kent area\, these evening receptions are a great place to meet fellow professionals. After Hours events are always professionally catered\, have great giveaway prizes and new in 2017\, a networking game will be played at all After Hours events.\n\n\n\nAbout our Host: SKCAC Industries and Employment Services - \nSKCAC Industries and Employment Services (SKCAC) is a 501c3 non-profit corporation chartered in Washington State in 1967 and governed by a volunteer board of trustees. SKCAC provides training\, employment\, job seeking and placement opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.\n\nWith a staff of 20\, SKCAC provides employment supports to more than 100 program participants. SKCAC generally serves people throughout the South King County area. Participants (job seekers\, employees\, and trainees) reside in Auburn\, Burien\, Covington\, Enumclaw\, Federal Way\, Kent\, Maple Valley\, Newcastle\, Renton\, Seattle and surrounding areas. For many\, SKCAC provides the opportunity to participate in productive work\, earn wages\, increase self-esteem and gain independence. SKCAC's production operation provides employees with the opportunity of coming to work each day to learn packaging and assembly skills and gain work experience.
