The Finance Committee safeguards the financial integrity of the Chamber. This committee oversees budgeting, monitors financial performance, and provides insights to support sound financial decision-making.
Charter:

Develop and present the annual budget for board approval.

Regularly review financial reports, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

Assess expenditures and revenue, recommending adjustments as needed.

Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Oversee audits, addressing findings and implementing recommendations.

Assess financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Advise on the financial implications of Chamber projects and initiatives.

Establish and review financial policies for long-term sustainability.

Report on financial status and key metrics at board meetings.

Maintain confidentiality and uphold integrity in financial matters.
