Cathal Ridge Bio
Cathal (pronounced “Cahill”) Ridge has a background in civil engineering and transportation planning. He has nearly 20 years of experience in rail transit project development and has worked throughout the United States including projects in Boston, Puerto Rico, San Diego and Los Angeles. Currently he works at Sound Transit where, for the last three years, he has served as the South Corridor Development Manager and is responsible for advancing the Federal Way Link Extension.
Chelsea Levy Bio
Chelsea Levy is Sound Transit’s Government and Community Relations Officer in South King and Pierce counties. In this capacity she works with city councils, chambers of commerce and other key stakeholders in the South Sound. Prior to working at Sound Transit, Chelsea was an Urban Planner at the City of Tacoma and the Metropolitan Development Director at the Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber. She is a life-long resident of the South Puget Sound area and resides in Tacoma with her husband and two-year-old son, Liam.
