With almost 7\,000 copies sold\, it has been translated into Mandarin and has been purchased for publications in four countries. The book jacket includes endorsements from a Pulitzer Prize winner\, a producer of the TV series 24 and the chair of the board of PCC Natural Markets. \n\nShari speaks around the country on how anyone can be a better leader\, employee and community member by using the skills used to raise small children. \n\nA native of Kennewick\, WA\, Shari now lives in Edmonds\, WA with her three young daughters and her movie-making husband and a dog named Fern.
